I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really pleasant experience. The staff, especially a young lady at reception, were incredibly kind and always willing to help. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, from room service to a car hire service, making my stay hassle-free. The room itself was clean and cozy, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Spa is good.

The room too small. The breakfast very poor / the same every day. Too noisy at night. They asked 110 eur for two single rooms instead of 80 eur (what is advertised on the booking page)

I had a great stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was superb, and I always had fresh towels and sheets. The staff, especially a young lady at the reception, was kind and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect as it is close to the tram that goes directly to the center. Transportation was accessible, and I didn't face any difficulty in parking my car.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several metro lines and a tramway stop, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel is just a short tram ride away from the city center. Guests have praised the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. While some guests felt that the breakfast was lacking, others have enjoyed the hotel's own sauna, Turkish bath, and hamam.

The hotel's location was not ideal, which made it difficult to explore the city. the walls were a bit thin, which made it noisy at night.

Good price and friendly staff. the breakfast had a variety of bread, cheeses, and other options that were tasty. It was in a convenient area near a tram that went directly to popular sites in the city.

The area surrounding the hotel felt sketchy at times and the hotel itself could have been cleaner. the bathroom was small and had limited toiletries.
